Meet the creator of MoChic Couture...Kenya a lifelong educator, entrepreneur, and wildly creative woman whose inspiring journey began in her early teens. Raised in Chicago, IL, her story is one of resilience, marked by her triumph over the challenges she faced as a child living with a disability. Affectionately known as "Mookie" by her family, she has always embraced her creative spirit.

Over the years, Kenya dedicated herself to exploring the realms of entrepreneurship, mastering ever changing world of technology, and developing her writing skills. Leveraging these talents, she has empowered women from diverse backgrounds as a certified life and business coach. Driven by a deep desire to share her personal experiences, Kenya self-published *Mookie’s Miracles*, a heartfelt children's book that candidly reflects her childhood disability journey.

In her pursuit of promoting empowerment and self-expression, Kenya founded MoChic Couture, a brand dedicated to celebrating women's achievements through bold statement t-shirts and accessories.

Blending her unique creative vision with her signature sass and wit, Kenya weaves personal narratives into her fashion designs, enabling women to confidently express their individuality. Through her work, she inspires others to embrace their own stories and pursue success, leaving a lasting impact in her community and beyond.

As a passionate advocate for women in business, Kenya is dedicated to supporting aspiring entrepreneurs and authors. She donates 10% of MOCHIC Couture's sales proceeds to programs that empower and uplift these individuals.
