Shipping Policy

How long does it take for my order to be shipped out?

Orders are processed within 3-7 business days. Business days are Mon-Friday excluding holidays. Processing is pulling and packaging the products so they are ready to ship out.

For special order products and other promotional items, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.

Holiday season processing time extends up to 10-14 business days (Mon-Fri) due to the high volume of orders.

How long does it take for me to receive my order once it has been shipped out? (MOCHIC COUTURE does not ship Internationally)

Domestic:

USPS Ground Advantage (3-7 business days) 

USPS Priority (1-3 business days)

UPS Ground (1-5 business days)

FedEx Home Delivery (1-3 business days)

*Hawaii, Alaska, APO/AE have longer transit times than stated above*

We understand that any extra duty and tax fees are inconvenient, however, these fees are set and collected by your country and are non-refundable. All applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Please make sure to fill out all information correctly to avoid extended delays in shipping times. We do not have control over any delays that may be caused by USPS and other shipping companies, including weather delays. 

Bad Address/Invalid Address/Missing APT # 

In the event we are unable to properly ship out your order due to missing or invalid information we will make (2) attempts to contact the customer. The first contact will be via email on Day 1. If no response is received back from the email, then a phone call will be initiated on Day 2. If we do not receive a response within 7 business days your order will be cancelled and refunded.  In the event any order is not received due to an inaccurate or incomplete shipping address the customer must pay for shipping charges a second time before Mochic Couture will re-ship the original order.

SALE ITEMS

Items purchased at a discount are a FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

In the event that we are out of stock on an item that you ordered or returned we will contact you via email/phone to provide additional options for fulfilling the order.
